Ms. C.Jhansi Rani, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted a

letter dated 13.09.2024 .2024 to the Registrar (Judicial), Andhra Pradesh High

Court, on record submitting as follows:

"Due Due to changed circumstances, the petitioner is inclined to withdraw the above CMA.

It is therefore requested that this Hon'ble Authority may be pleased to direct the concerned section to post CMA.No.1225/2017 before the concerned court under the caption of "withdrawal" enabling the Petitioner to withdraw the said CMA."

2. Ms. C.Jhansi Rani, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the

Civil Miscellaneous Appeal be dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
