I.A.No.1 of 2013 This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the 2nd appellant, who passed away on 11.02.2012. The applicants are son, daughter and wife of the deceased 2nd appellant.
As the applicants are Class-I legal heirs of the 2nd appellant, it would be appropriate to bring them on record as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant.
Accordingly, the applicants are permitted to implead themselves as appellants 3 to 5 in the writ appeal. Necessary amendments to be carried out by the applicants herein.

Sri S. Laxminarayana Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in W.A.No.919 of 2010 contends that the lis before this Court is covered by a Constitution Bench judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Padma Sundara Rao
vs. State of T.N.,1. This contention is made on the ground that the notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has not been followed by a declaration under Section 6 within the stipulated period.
Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition seeks time to obtain instructions as to whether a declaration under Section 6 of the Act had been made within the stipulated period after the notification under Section 4 had been issued.
