JUDGMENT:

- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) This appeal has been filed by the appellant/plaintiff being

aggrieved from the dismissal order to grant temporary injunction, dated

(RNT,J & VN,J C.M.A.NO.578 OF 2012 )

25.06.2012, passed in I.A.No.446 of 2012 in O.S.No.1 of 2011 on the

file of the Court of the learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

2. Sri Y.Venkata Satyam, learned counsel for the appellant

submits that the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the

learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa, itself, has been disposed of

on 12.12.2017, and consequently this appeal has been rendered

infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed as infructuous.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
