JUDGMENT:

This appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband being

aggrieved from the dismissal order of decree of divorce by an order,

dated 05.08.2010 .2010 passed in H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2009 on the file of the

Court of the learned IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.

2. A memo, dated 27.08.2024, has been filed by Sri Ravi

Kiran Anugula, learned counsel for the appellant, submitting that the

respondent/wife died on 07.09.2021 and prays to close the present

appeal. A copy of the death certificate of the respondent/wife has been

annexed.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

closed.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
