This appeal has been filed by the appellant/plaintiff being aggrieved

from the dismissal order to grant temporary injunction, dated 27.02.2012

passed in I.A.No.54 of 2011 in O.S.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the Court of

the learned I Additional District Judge, Nellore.
