ORDER:

This present Criminal Revision case is filed against the order dated

25.03.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.2302 of 2013 in C.C.No.77 of 2007 on the file of the

learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Nellore.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main Case i.e.

C.C.No.77 of 2007 was ended in acquittal vide Judgment dated 05.07.2017.

3. Since C.C.No.77 of 2007 was ended in acquittal, the Criminal Revision

Case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
