COMMON JUDGMENT:

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ninala Jayasurya)

At the time of considering these appeals, learned

counsel appearing for both sides states that these matters are

squarely covered by a decision of Hon'ble Division Bench

dated 07.04.2016 in L.A.A.S No.213 of 2013.

2. In view of the said submission, for the reasons alike, the

appeals are partly allowed by modifying the order under

appeal by substituting the enhancement component at 80%

instead of 90% as ordered therein. The rest of the benefits in

the order shall remain as it is.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all

pending applications shall stand closed.
