The Court made the following order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R Raghunandan Rao)

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order

and Judgment, dated 30.03.2024, passed by Learned Civil Judge (Senior

Division), Mangalagiri, in E.P.No.18 of 2022 in A.C.P.No.18 of 2021.

2. Sri P. Durga Prasad, the learned counsel for the respondents

submits that, during the pendency of the Revision Petition, the Execution

Petition itself was dismissed as not pressed.

3. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this Civil

Revision Petition and it is accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to

costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any shall stand

closed.
