COMMON JUDGMENT:

- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)

These appeals have been filed being aggrieved from the

common order, dated 27.4.2007 passed in O.P.No.16 of 2005 &

O.P.No.32 of 2003 on the files of the Court of the learned Senior Civil

Judge, Chirala.

2. On 20.08.2024, the following order was passed:

"At the request of appellant's counsel to obtain latest instructions from the appellant, post the matter on

03.09.2024."

3. On 18.09.2024, the following order was passed:

"On 20.08.2024, the matter was adjourned on the request of appellant's counsel to obtain latest instructions.

2. Further time was granted on 03.09.2024.

3. Sri Manoj Makireddy, learned counsel representing Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the registered letter has been sent for obtaining instructions from the appellant, which are awaited and prays for one more adjournment.

4. As last opportunity, post on 03.10.2024.."

4. On 3.10.2024, the following order was passed:

"At the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, post after Dussehra Vacation, 2024, to enable to obtain the written instructions."

5. Sri Manoj Makireddy, learned counsel representing,

Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, appearing

through virtual mode submits that instructions are not being provided

by the appellant to him, inspite of his best efforts in both cases.

6. The matters pertain to the year 2007 and have been

listed under the caption 'specially identified cases'.

7. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are

dismissed for "want of prosecution".

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
