Perused the record.
This application seeks the suspension of the execution of sentence and release of the convict on bail.
As one would see, after due trial, a conviction was recorded by the trial Court and after due hearing, the appeal was dismissed, confirmi`ng the trial Court's judgment. The revision petitioners have not submitted Contd.,
19-10-2024 themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts and are still at large, which is against the bail conditions and the suspension of sentence under Section 389 of the Cr.P.C. Since they are not in confined, the question of granting bail does not arise as the sentence was never implemented and therefore, the suspension does not arise.
In these circumstances, this petition is dismissed.
