JUDGMENT:

(per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J)

On 12.09.2024 the following order was passed:

"This This appeal has been filed by the appellant/wife challenging the dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce granted in favour of the respondent/husband in O.P.No.169 of 2007, dated 04.12.2007 on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsels for both sides are no more.

3. Office to issue notice to the parties to engage their respective counsels.

4. Post on 17.10.2024."

2. The office issued notices to the parties, which has been returned with

respect to the appellant "unserved" with an endorsement "no such person in the

address" as per the postal endorsement.

2. No representation for the appellant.

3. Sri Arukutla Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the appears for the

respondent and submits that during the pendency of this appeal, the wife filed

maintenance case in which the parties entered into compromise and based

thereon, the Judge Family Court - cum - VII Additional District Judge, West

Godavari, Eluru passed the order on 29.04.2024.

4. Copy of the said order is placed before us.

5. The said matter pertains to the maintenance. Be that as it may, the Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand

closed.
