ORDER:

1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order dated 02.01.2018 passed in E.A.No.169 of 2014 in E.P.No.14 of 2003 in O.S.No.95 of 2001 by the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District.

2. As per the status in e-Courts (CIS), E.P.No.14 of 2003 was dismissed as infructuous in view of the Judgment and Decree dated 17.04.2023 in O.S.No.102 of 2003 delivered by the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.

3. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
