This is an application seeking leave to file an appeal against the judgment and order dated 18.06.2024 in W.P. No.21029 of 2017.

We have heard learned counsel for the applicant. Sufficient cause has been shown to allow the application.

For the reasons mentioned above, the application is allowed. Leave to file appeal against the judgment and order dated 18.06.2024 in W.P. No.21029 of 2017 is granted.

I.A.No.3 of 2024 in W.A.No.848 of 2024

In the present application, the applicant seeks condonation of 88 days delay in preferring the appeal.

We have gone through the application as also heard the learned counsel for the parties.

We find that sufficient cause has been shown for condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
