1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of BNSS, is filed

seeking to enlarge the petitioners herein on anticipatory bail in Crime

No.465 of 2024 of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District, registered

for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 115(2), 351(3) read

with 3(5) of BNS.

2. Heard Sri S.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners

and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

3. Perused the record. On 10.10.2024 Crime No.465/2024 of

Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District was registered for the offences

punishable under Sections 318(4), 115(2), 351(3) read with 3(5) of

BNS. Having heard both sides, it is seen that all the offences are

punishable with imprisonment of seven years and less than seven

years. It is, in these circumstances, investigating Police are directed to

comply with Section 41A of Cr.P.C. (Section 35(3) of BNSS) and all the

directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment in

Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and other related rulings.

4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
