IA No.2 of 2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

The petitioner herein is accused No.2 and, along with other accused, was acquitted in C.C.No.208 of 2019 by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kovur. In the appeal preferred by the de facto complainant in Crl.A.No.11 of 2023, the learned III Additional District Judge, Nellore, reversed the judgment and convicted all the accused, including the present petitioner/A2. To challenge the

SL. DATE ORDER OFFICE NO. NOTE conviction judgment, the petitioner has preferred this revision, in which several grounds were urged. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/A2, the fine amount in Crl.A.No.11 of 2023 was remitted. Presently, the petitioner is undergoing sentence and has been lodged in District Jail, Nellore, since 19.09.2024.

Considering the fact that the revision could not immediately be taken up for hearing and also the fact that the convict is in prison and the present application seeks for suspension of execution of sentence, the sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case, and the petitioner /Accused No.2 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kovur.
