The Court made the following:

ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,

seeking the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents in regularizing the services of the petitioner with effect from 05.03.2019 and not from the date when the petitioner have completed fi five ve years of service i.e 25.11.1993 in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance and Planning (FW.PC.III) Department dated 22.04.1994 and the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court for the purpose of pay and pension as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner with effect from the date when the petitioner have completed five years of service i.e with effect from 25.11.1993 for the purpose of pay and pension with all consequential benefits and pass such other orders."

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and the learned Assistant

Government Pleader, Services-IV for the respondents.

3. During hearing learned Counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that

issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court

in Writ Petition Nos.22180 of 2022 and batch, dated 23.08.2024. Learned

Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents conceded the same.

4. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Writ Petition is

disposed of in terms of the order in Writ Petition Nos.22180 of 2022 and

batch, dated 23.08.2024. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.

6. The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in Writ Petition

Nos.22180 of 2022 and batch, dated 23.08.2024 to this order.
