The Court made the following Judgment:
The Second appeal is filed aggrieved by the Decree and Judgment
dated 26.12.2000 in A.S.No.2 of 1994 on the file of the Principal District
Munsif, Bobbili.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants is present. None appeared for
respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the appellants
submits that as per their instructions, the matter is settled out of Court.
4. Considering the above submissions and without going into the
correctness of the submission, this Court feels that cause of action in this
matter does not survives and deems fit to dismiss this appeal.
5. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed.
6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand
closed.
