The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the remaining

respondents are only formal parties and seeks time to file such an

endorsement by way of a memo.

In view of a judgment of a learned Single Judge of this Court in the case

of Grandhi Gurvamma Vs. Chainvadi Gopalam 1, there shall be stay of all

further proceedings in I.P.No.6 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional

Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tenali for a period of six (06) weeks.
