THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING JUDGMENT:

The Appeal suit is preferred by the appellant against the judgment

and decree dated 01.06.2016, passed in O.S.No.55 of 2006 on the file of

the I Additional District Judge, Nellore.

2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant. None appeared for the

respondents despite listing the matter under the caption 'For

Withdrawal'.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter is settled

out of Court and requests this Court to close this matter.

4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the appellant

and without going into the correctness of the said submission, the

Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to

costs.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand

closed.
