                           The above contempt case if filed complaining
                   violation of order, dated 08.05.2024 passed in
                   W.P.No. 5997 of 2024.

                           The writ petition was filed to declare the action
                   of the respondents in not paying the enhanced

compensation in terms of the judgment and decree passed in LAAS No.67 of 2022 in LAOP No.111 of 1991.

The said writ petition was disposed of on 08.05.2024, directing the respondents to deposit the amount payable to the petitioners, to the credit of E.P.No.65 of 2023 in L.A.O.P.No.111 of 1991 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

Reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.1, on 15.10.2024, wherein it was stated the Government will pay compensation to the petitioner within four months, in terms of order, dated 08.05.2024 passed in W.P.No.5997 of 2024.

In view of the reply filed by respondent No.1, post on 31.01.2025.
