This petition has been filed challenging the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in Contempt Petition No.142 of 2016 in OA.No.1499 of 2015. By the impugned order the present petitioners have been granted two weeks time to comply with the order of the Supreme Court in Union of India v. Gandiba Behera in SLP(C) No.13042/2014.
