 JUDGMENT:

1. Today when the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", Sri

P.Ganga Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant has represented that

he had addressed a Registered letter to the appellant and same has been

returned and he further represented that though he had made several efforts

to contact his party, the appellant is not responding and requested to pass

necessary orders. The representation made by the learned counsel for the

appellant is recorded.

2. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
