JUDGMENT:

1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Yallabandi

Ramatirtha, learned counsel for the appellants and also learned counsel for

the respondent is present.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants represented that the matter was

settled outside of the Court between both the parties and he wants to not

press the appeal and the same is also endorsed on the grounds of the appeal.

3. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be

no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
