Srinivas Rao, Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri P.Varaparasada Rao, Learned Government Pleader for Co-operation appearing for Respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5, Sri Rajendra Babu, Learned Standing Counsel for District Co-operative Central Bank appearing for Respondent No.6 and Sri S. Raju, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Resolution made by the General Body of the Respondent No.7 - Society dated 27.06.2023 (Ex.P.9) and also the common Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3255 of 2023 and batch dated 06.05.2024.

3. This common Judgment had upheld the power of the Society to enhance the age of superannuation from 60 to 62 years through the Resolution made by the General Body in compliance with the other provisions of the Act and the Rules.

4. The present case is squarely covered by the common Order in W.P.No. 3255 of 2023 and batch dated 06.05.2024.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands allowed in terms of the common Order in W.P.No.3255 of 2023 and batch dated 06.05.2024. No order as to costs.

6. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
