We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the record.
There shall be stay of operation and execution of the impugned Award and Judgment dated 28.11.2023 rendered in M.V.O.P.No.290 of 2021 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-VII Additional District Judge's Court, Kurnool, subject to the appellant depositing 50% of the awarded amount before the Tribunal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The amount deposited shall not be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents/claimants without permission of this Court.
