Heard Sri M.S.R.Sashi Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V. Venkata Nagavishnu Teja, learned counsel for the Respondent.

There shall be stay of operation of the decree and judgment in O.S.No.22 of 2009 on the file of I Additional District Judge, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram, on the condition of the petitioners/appellants depositing 50% of the decretal amount including interest within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, this order shall stand cancelled. Post the appeal after Six weeks along with A.S.No.317 of 2023.
