counsel for the appella appellant nt before the Registry seeking permission of this

Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit, permission for withdr withdrawal is

accorded.

2. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this

case shall stand closed.
