the applicant, appears for the applicant.
This is an application seeking condonation of
67 days delay in preferring the writ appeal against
the judgment and order dated 27.04.2023 passed
in W.P.No.9584 of 2023.
Learned counsel for the respondents/non-
applicants, does not have any objection to the application being allowed and the delay being condoned.
We have gone through the application and find that sufficient cause has been shown for getting the delay condoned.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
