Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5, has produced resolution passed by the Executive Committee of Guntur Bar Association in its meeting on 16.09.2023 deciding to abide the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Harish Uppal vs. Union of India [(2003)2 SCC 45]. However, as noticed, earlier, we directed the said respondent Association to place on record copy of the resolution passed in the General Body Meeting held on 27.12.2022.
