O R D E R:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India is filed for the following relief:

" ...to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action

of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.02.2019 and not even registering an FIR or causing any enquiries in terms of the Judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs State of U P as being illegal arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to take action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 14.02.2019 and to register FIR and pass..."

2. Heard Sri J.U.M.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the

petitioner.

3. Sri S.Sarath Kumar, learned Assistant Government

Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that police

registered a case in Crime No.08 of 2019, dated 17.02.2019 for

the offence under Sections 323, 498-A I.P.C. of Midthur Police

Station, Kurnool District.

4. In the light of submissions of learned Assistant Government

Pleader on instructions, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no orders as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any,

pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
