JUDGMENT:
1. Today when the matter is listed under the caption "For
Dismissal", learned counsel for the appellants has represented that
though he addressed a letters to the appellants, the said notices were
returned with an endorsement "Incomplete Address" and he further
fairly conceded that though he had made efforts to contact the
appellants, his party is not in touch with him and requested to record
the same and close the appeal. The representation made by the
learned counsel for the appellants has been recorded.
2. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.
No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand
closed.
