              The present Writ Appeal has been filed against an order of

rejection of the Review Petition. A Division Bench of this Court by Judgment

dated 07.11.2023 in W.A.No.979 of 2023 had held that such an appeal is not

maintainable.

       2.     Following the said Judgment, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. There

shall be no order as to costs.

              As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand

closed.
