This appeal was filed by the husband feeling aggrieved from the

rejection of his petition for divorce by the Court of the Senior Civil Judge,

Amalapuram by an order dated 31.10.2007 in O.P.No.72 of 2005.

2. On 23.07.2024, the following order was passed:

"Learned counsel appearing for both sides pray for two weeks time, to obtain latest instructions.

List on 06.08.2024."

3. On 06.08.2024 the following order was passed:

"Sri G.Simhadri, learned counsel is present for the respondent and prays for adjournment.

2. No representation for the appellant.

3. The matter is posted to 13.08.2024.

4. Today also there is no representation for the appellant.

5. Sri G. Simhadri, learned counsel for the respondent is present through virtual mode."

6. The matter pertains to the year 2007 and has been listed under the

caption 'specially identified cases'.

7. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

default.

No order as to costs.
