(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice G.Narendar)

Both the Appeals were called twice, that is, both in the morning session

and in the afternoon session and there was no representation on behalf of the

appellants. Neither the appellants nor their counsels are present.

2. Therefore, both the Writ Appeals stand dismissed for non-prosecution. No

order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
