The Court made the following:

ORDER:

1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the orders dated 15.04.2010 passed in I.A.No.143 of 1989 in O.S.No.35 of 1980 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.

2. The above orders were passed by the trial Court in Final Decree proceedings. This Court had elaborately considered all the aspects in C.R.P.No.841 of 2016 dated 02.11.2023 and directed the trial Court to conclude the Final Decree proceedings as per the Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which have been referred therein. The C.R.P.No.841 of 2016 was filed against the orders passed in I.A.No.233 of 2011 on 11.08.2014.

3. In view of the orders in C.R.P.No.841 of 2016 dated 11.08.2014, the impugned orders are set aside and the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The trial Court shall take steps to conclude the Final Decree proceedings as directed in the C.R.P.No.841 of 2016.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
