O R D E R:

This Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of

India is filed for the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th and 5th Respondents in not registering a crime on the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 22 09 2018 as illegal arbitrary

contrary to the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court rendered in Lalita Kumari Vs State of Uttar Pradesh and others 2014 2 SCC 1 besides violating Petitioners rights guaranteed under Article 14 19 1 g and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such..."

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the

State is in attendance.

3. None appeared for the petitioner, though the matter is

posted under the caption "for dismissal". There was no

representation for the petitioner today, as well as on the previous

adjournment.

4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for

non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any,

pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
