JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant challenging the order,

dated 26.07.2006, passed in M.O.P.No.16 of 2006 on the file of the

Court of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam

District.

(RNT,J & VN,J C.M.A.NO.882 OF 2008)

2. This Court, on 19.07.2024, passed the following order:-

"Sri K.Manik Prabhu, learned counsel for the appellant appearing through virtual mode submits that in view of the subsequent development taking place during the pendency of the appeal, some time may be granted to bring on record those developments by filing memo".

3. There is no representation for the appellant. The

appellant has also not filed any memo to bring on record the

subsequent developments that have taken place during the pendency

of the appeal, in terms of the order, dated 19.07.2024.

4. In view of the aforesaid reason, the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
