JUDGMENT:

(per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J)

This appeal is filed by the appellants challenging the decree and

judgment, dated 20.06.2013, 20.06.2013 passed in M.V.O.P.No.08 of 2011 on the file of

the Chairman-cum-XI XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Motor Accidents

and Claims Tribunal Krishna District at Gudivada, in granting compensation of

Rs.55,00,000/- with interest @ 7.5% from the date of pet petition ition till the date of

(RNT,J & VN,J M.A.C.M.A.NO.2409 OF 2013)

realization for the death of Karamsetti Neelakanteswara Rao in the motor

accident that took place on 10.09.2010.

2. There is no representation for the appellants. Sri K.Yaswanth,

learned counsel representing Sri G.L.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel

appears for the respondents.

3. The Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
