By mistake the Registry listed this matter before the Division Bench for pronouncement of judgment on 12.09.2023 and accordingly orders were pronounced. No one including the learned counsels pointed out this error in listing., subsequently, it is noticed that the matter was heard by one of us sitting single i.e., DVSS,J. Therefore, the Registry is directed to release the matter from the Division Bench and list the same before the single bench i.e., before the DVSS,J sitting single at 2.15 p.m., on 22.09.2023 for pronouncement of the judgment.
