JUDGMENT:-

      Sri M.P.Chandramouli, learned counsel for the petitioner

has submitted a letter dated 05.09.2023 to the Registrar

Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as

follows:

              "This is bring to your kind notice that the above
      said case is filed by Kasa Jayakumar and others against
      the Gudur Municipality and in the said case the interim
      granted and the same is in force. At this Juncture the
      respondents    municipal   authorities   advised   the   writ

petitioners to withdraw the writ petitions and then they will consider their lease for extension regarding their possession of the shops. Hence, the petitioners have instructed me to withdraw the same for the above said reason with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Hon'ble Court if necessary.

Therefore, I request your good-selves to kindly direct the office to post the W.P.No.6909 of 2019 tomorrow for caption under withdrawal ie.,06.09.2023 with liberity to the petitioners."

Sri M.P.Chandramouli, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
