        CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL NO.689 of 2017


ORDER:

Sri V.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the

petitioners submits that the cause of action does not

survive in this matter as the main suit vide O.S.No.417

of 2013 was decreed on 22.06.2023 and the copy of

the Judgment was placed on record.

In view of the above submission, the Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending,

if any, shall stand closed.
