A perusal of the record shows that no stay was granted by this Court at the inception or subsequent thereto.

Even if stay was granted, in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, stay is automatically vacated after six months and the same is not in force. The trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial expeditiously without waiting for any other intimation.
