                  Contempt Case No.4957 of 2023

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, would

submit that the entire amount due to the petitioners has been

paid by the respondents and the order of this Court is complied

with.

2) Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance, on

instructions, would also submit that the entire amount due to

the petitioners has been paid and order of this Court is complied

with. She has also placed on record a copy of the proceedings,

dated 13.10.2023, issued to that effect.

3) Therefore, recording the aforesaid submissions made by

both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and as the order of

this Court is complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. No

costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any,

shall stand closed.
