the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
suspend the operation of Judgment in C.C.No.751 of 2023 dated 21.07.2023,
pending disposal of CA No. 41 of 2023.

The Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and
the Orders of the High Court dated 29.08.2023 & 26.09.2023 and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri Vadapalli Ramesh, Counsel for the appellant and of Sri K Jyothi
