                 CONTEMPT CASE No.3215 of 2023

ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful

disobedience of the orders dated 12.05.2023 passed by this Court in

W.P.No.28952 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the

Respondents submits that the respondents have filed the W.A.No.814 of

2023 against the orders of this Court dated 12.05.2023 and the Writ

Appeal is disposed of.

In view of the Judgment by Division Bench of this Court in

W.A.No.814 of 2023, dated 31.08.2023, the orders in W.P.No.28952 of

2022, dated 12.05.2023 are not in existence. Therefore, no further

orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the

contempt case shall stand closed.
