Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In the light of the common order dated
12.9.2023 passed in W.P.Nos.10887 & 10891
of 2021, as also the order dated 28.3.2022
passed in I.A. No.1 of 2022 in C.C.No.1012 of
2021, and in view of the reliance placed on the
Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in
Noratanmal Chouraria vs. M.R.Murli, (2004) 5
SCC 689, there shall be interim stay, as
prayed for.
List the matter after four (4) weeks.
In the meanwhile, learned counsel for
the petitioner is permitted to take out personal
notice on respondent No.2 by registered post
with acknowledgement due and file proof of service in the Registry by the date of next adjournment.
