appeal is challenging the judgment dated 12.05.2023 passed in W.P.No.26247 of 2022. He further submits that the controversy as involved in the writ petition was also same as in W.P.No.31107 of 2021, in which also the judgment dated 30.08.2022 to the same effect, as impugned in the present case, was passed. He further submits that the W.A.No.467 of 2023 filed against the judgment dated 30.08.2022 in W.P.No.31107 of 2021 was dismissed by this bench. He has placed before us copy of the said judgment.
