ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
"...Issue order direction or a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ (i) declare the action of the respondent Bank in not considering the case of the petitioner for empanelment of Temporary substaff/attender as illegal, arbitrary and unjust, (ii) declare that the petitioner is entitled to be considered for empanelment of temporary substaff by duly taking into consideration of age at the time of initial entry into service, (iii) and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner for empanelment of temporary substaff by duly taking into consideration of the age of the petitioner at the time of initial entry into service in terms of Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment in HPCL vs Ashok Ranghba Ambre reported in 2008 (2) SCC page 717; (iv) ..."
2. No representation for the petitioner even today in spite of
posting the matter under the caption "for dismissal", as there
was no representation on the previous day of adjournment i.e.,
27.09.2023.
3. As such, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No
costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed.
