Heard the party in person till 4.45 P.M.

In view of lack of time, this matter could not be taken up and matter requires lot of con- sideration both factual as well in law. Unless and until heard the matter at length on both sides, this Court cannot come to a conclusion to enter- tain the revision.

Earlier an interim order was granted in I.A.No.1 of 2022, which was filed seeking extension of interim stay granted in Crl.R.C.MP.No.904 of 2014 in Crl.R.C.No.551 of 2014.

The present application is filed seeking extension of interim order in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited v. Central Bureau of Investigation" reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

In view of the facts and circumstances and having regard to the submissions, the interim stay granted earlier is extended till 31.01.2024.

Crl.R.C.Nos.551, 552, 554, 556 & 564 of 2014 List all these matters on 31.01.2024.
