          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6374 OF 2016

ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

in I.A.No.625 of 2016 in O.S.No.364 of 2007, dated 16.11.2016 on

the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A.No.625 of

2016 was filed to summon the expert, who examined the disputed

sale deed, dated 05.04.2007 and to give evidence.

3. On verification of the status of the suit in e-courts, the suit was

decreed without costs on 27.09.2023 vide a common judgment in

O.S.No.364 of 2007, O.S.No.198 of 2008 and O.S.No.168 of 2009. As

the suit itself is decreed, no further orders are required in this Civil

Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.

4. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
